Who we are...
Stephen M. Goldstein, CPP President
Steve Goldstein has been helping employers solve their payroll needs since 1983. He has worked with the large and the small, both in terms of employer size and the service bureaus he has helped build. After 21 years of building others' businesses, Steve realized his lifelong dream with the founding of Payroll Management Solutions, a full service provider located in Los Angeles offering the ultimate in managed payroll services, customer service, product flexibility and competitive pricing in order to bring high-end managed payroll services to small and medium sized employers, and low-end pricing to the major market arena. He has served as Chairman of the Board of the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce, and currently serves on the boards of several non-profit organizations. He is active in many other community organizations with his wife, Jennifer.
Bahaa Mikhail, CPP General Manager
Bahaa Mikhail brings with him over 20 years of managed payroll experience. He started in payroll at the ground floor as a payroll representative servicing a base of 300 clients. He has held several positions including Payroll Supervisor, Tax Manager and General Manager for over 2000 clients. He graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with a degree in Political Science in 1994. He continues to take managed payroll and management courses on a regular basis. In 2003, Bahaa received the MDE (Management Development for Entrepreneurs) certification from the Anderson School of Management at UCLA. His management philosophy is to provide the highest level of service to our clients and to empower our employees through an on-going training program that includes the FPC and/or the CPP certification.
